Office Staff

Our helpful and knowledgeable staff provide assistance throughout your experience.  From scheduling your preoperative visit to post surgical follow up, they can assist with scheduling, billing, insurance, workers compensation, answering questions, or contacting your surgeon when you need them. Whether you need an appointment, a test, or a procedure, our experienced staff knows how to get it done in a timely fashion.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is very important to us.  Your privacy will always be respected at Surgical Associates.  Our staff is trained in patient confidentiality, so you don't have to worry that any of your health or personal information will be discussed with others.  We understand that this is especially important in a small town setting.
